At ShopZi, we operate on a dropshipping model. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

âś… Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The product is in resellable condition.

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order ID).

  • An unboxing video is available (mandatory for damaged/incorrect item claims).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked “Non-Returnable”

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Delays caused by courier partners

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at operations@shopzi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

🔄 Return Approval Required

Do not ship any item back without written confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Refunds are processed only after the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

You must report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
