  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, are non-refundable.

📍 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

🚫 Failed Deliveries

If a customer fails to accept delivery or the order is returned due to incorrect address/unavailability, reshipping charges must be paid before re-dispatch.
